To start the process, we can request for certain documents to enable our compliance department to commence their KYC/AML process. Once we are through we get our legal team and your legal team to coordinate and reach an agreement to commence.
- 1. I and my associates are investors and lenders at the same time.
- 2. As for loans, we can offer up to 500 million euros and more 100 billion euros, but the loan is given for a certain project analyzed by our experts. The conditions and the terms depend on the project and the amount of the loan. First, we are still analyzing your project with our experts . If it is approved by our experts we send you a copy of the contract with our conditions. Then it is discussed, agreed and signed.
- 3. We are interested in project funding,and our interest rate is 3%.
We fund long/short term investment projects that can generate high ROI within the period of funding on a minimum investment fund of 500 Million – 100 Billion EUR. We expect your project presentation/Business plan to be able to cover the following functional areas:
– An introduction of your company and structure or an Introduction of the project owner/initiator
– Historical evaluation of business plan (if it is an already existing project or state if it is a new project)
– Financial structure and analysis to support the investment plan and proposition as presented
– In summary, you should state the total amount in USD or EUR needed to fund the project in a clearly defined time frame.
Note: -We can invest as soon as a project is agreed by both sides.
-The yield requirement depends on the size of a project.
-The term of a project can be from 1 year up to a maximum of 15 years depending on if it is a loan, a joint venture or a project funding.
